We're in a special place, The Juice Lounge, a lounge straight from the 1970s with a special guest, Juice-Man. We couldn't help ourselves so we had to do another Russ Meyer film, Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls, 1970. This film is a tale of what could happen to any fledgling rock group if they were exposed to sex, drugs, and rock and roll. This was also written by none other than Roger Ebert, of The Chicago Sun-TImes. Grab your popcorn and hold onto your mammalian protuberances because this is gonna be a curvy ride.

GDP EP 191: Body Melt

We love body horror. While sifting through the heaps of cinema trash, we found an Australian gem of the genre, a film from 1993 called "Body Melt". Directed by Philip Brophy, this film is about an unsuspecting neighborhood that doesn't realize they are the test subjects of an experimental drug that, you guessed it, makes your body melt! The first phase is hallucinogenic, the next phase is glandular, and the last phase is.........AHHHHHHH!

Get ready to have your body melted on this one!

GDP EP 189: Parole Violators

You know you're a bad boy when you're on parole, but you're an even badder boy when you violate it. That's right the boys watched 1994's "Parole Violators". This film was created by the stunt masters, brothers Pat G. and Sean P. Donahue. TV show host Miles Long (that's right), trades his camera in for a 9mm hand gun when his girlfriend's daughter is kidnapped by a parolee that he put behind bars while on the police force. The acting is lacking but who cares, the stunts are great. Join us on this episode of Garbage Day!

GDP EP 185: The Pit

This week's episode features a film straight outta Beaver Dam, Wisconsin! Lew Lehman had one movie under his director's cap and that movie was 'The Pit'. If you make him angry, he just might take you there and throw you in his pit. His pit full of TROLLOLOGS! He's guided by his equally creepy teddy bear, Teddy. Tetsuo: The Iron Man was based on a play that Shin'ya Tsukamoto had written, directed, and performed in college. About a Japanese businessman who accidentally kills a mad 'metal fetishist'. He proceeds to hide the corpse, unaware that he's plagued by a curse that turns his flesh into steel. This was our first time watching this impressive body horror masterpiece.
